Boy they don’t lie about cardio. I always went for walks/runs and did most of my workouts at home like crunches wall sits leg lifts and through that i lost about 7 pounds a week. But after all the easy weight comes off you get stuck at a spot and its getting harder to pass. My advice by an elliptical !! I bought one only yesturday and its like you can see and feel much better results. You can just feel the fat leaving. And im not talking go and buy a 1000 dollar elliptical. I bought one of kijiji for 30 bucks guys. Ask for it for an early christmas gifts! I promise you its amazing.
